Abstract:
It is intended to provide an allele-specific primer with which the possibility
of false positive is extremely low and SNP can be determined clearly when the base
next to the 3’ side of a target SNP base is A and the second base from the 3’
side of the target SNP base is T. It is designed such that the base at the 3’
end is an SNP corresponding base, the second base from the 3’ end is C, the
third base from the 3’ end is T, C or G, and the base sequence from the fourth
base from the 3’ end to the 5’ end is complementary to the sequence
from the third base from the 3’ side of the target SNP base to a desired base.
