Abstract:

A method of determining a test subject of driving while intoxicated comprises: determining whether a motor vehicle satisfies predetermined conditions; and determining the motor vehicle satisfying at least one of the predetermined conditions as a target vehicle. The predetermined conditions comprise at least one of the following: the motor vehicle is parked during a predetermined time period in a region within a predetermined distance to a location selling alcoholic drinks; a driver of the motor vehicle has blood alcohol content over a predetermined value; and a driver of the motor vehicle has a meal plan and/or dine out scheduled on the day. Also provided are a driving safety device, server and driving safety system.
