Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for accessing an NR cell by a terminal with reduced performance comprises the steps of: receiving, from a first cell, a master information block comprising an information element displaying cell permission; receiving system information block 1; determining whether a cell is permitted, by using system information block 1; and applying a time division duplex mode uplink and downlink configuration of system information block 1, if the cell is permitted, and performing random access.
