Abstract:
A method for accessing data collected by a digital oscilloscope comprises the following steps: sampling, according to a set sampling frequency, tested signals into binary data by means of ADC sampling, and continuously storing the data into a buffer according to a set rule; generating a triggering event according to a set time-base parameter and a set triggering condition when collected data satisfies the triggering condition; and reading, according to the triggering event, a data segment corresponding to the triggering event from the buffer, and forming the data segment into a waveform to display, wherein the process of storing the collected data into the buffer is separated from the processes of generating the triggering event and reading and displaying the data. The implementation of the method and device for accessing data collected by a digital oscilloscope as well as the digital oscilloscope has the following beneficial effects: seamless collection can be achieved, the sampling rate may not be limited by a time-base parameter, and the memory depth is not limited by the waveform processing speed.
