Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method and device for acquiring configuration information applicable to a scenario in which a terminal apparatus is to acquire an RNTI in an RRC inactive state. The method can comprise: acquiring a cell identifier; acquiring first configuration information according to the cell identifier, wherein there is a correspondence relationship between the cell identifier and the first configuration information, and the first configuration information is used to configure an RNTI; and executing, according to the first configuration information, one or more of the following: reception of downlink control information, reception of downlink data, transmission of uplink control information, or transmission of uplink data. Implementing the embodiments of the present invention enable a terminal apparatus to acquire an RNTI usable in an RRC inactive state, thereby enabling the terminal apparatus to transmit data at reduced power consumption.
