A method for acquiring cooking reference information of a target food, comprising: acquiring the duration of remaining shelf-life of a target food (101); and acquiring cooking reference information corresponding to the target food when the duration of the remaining shelf-life thereof is less than or equal to the duration of a configured reminder (102). Further provided are a device for acquiring cooking reference information of a target food, and a storage medium.
