Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for acquiring a focus of a judgement document. The method comprises: acquiring a pre-set focus rule engine, wherein the focus rule engine is constructed according to a first judgement document of which a focus has determined; and acquiring a focus of the target judgement document according to the focus rule engine. The present invention solves the technical problem in the prior art that the accuracy of an acquired focus of a judgement document is low due to the focus of the judgement document being acquired by manually marking a key word and subjectivity of the acquired focus of the judgement document being strong.
