Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for acquiring the mechanical position of an electric motor (1). The electric motor (1) comprises at least two Hall sensors (101, 102) and at least two pairs of magnetic poles (111, 112); the phase difference between the at least two Hall sensors (101, 102) is a preset angle; arrangements of each of the pairs of magnetic poles (111, 112) and the Hall sensors (101, 102) are different; and the electric motor (1) is connected to an electronic speed controller (2). The method is applied to the electronic speed controller (2). The method comprises: respectively acquiring the strength of the magnetic field of the at least two Hall sensors (101, 102), the strength of the magnetic field being obtained by measuring the magnetic leakage from the at least two pairs of magnetic poles (111, 112) by the at least two Hall sensors (101, 102); and determining the mechanical position of the electric motor (1) based on the strength of the magnetic field of the at least two Hall sensors (101, 102). The technical solution can improve the servo performance of the electric motor (1).
