Abstract:
A method and device for acquiring position information of a region of interest (ROI) in a magnetic resonance system, the method comprising: determining a shape and a projection direction of at least one excitation region according to a region of interest (ROI) (101); according to the shape of the excitation region and an imaging characteristic of the ROI, exciting the excitation region using a corresponding radio frequency pulse and a scanning imaging parameter (102); acquiring a signal in a reading direction perpendicular to the projection direction (103); and identifying the acquired signal to obtain an actual coordinate of the ROI (104). The above technical solution measures in real time the actual coordinate of each point on an instrument by directly using the signal, providing a more direct and accurate approach while reducing surgical risk. The present invention is easy to operate, and realizes instrument tracking by substantially depending on a magnetic resonance device without any additional tracking device.
