The present invention relates to a resource allocation method and device capable of preventing resource conflict in a wireless communication system supporting D2D communication. The resource allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting, by a relay UE located within the coverage of a base station, a message, which includes indication information related to the relay UE, to the base station; and performing, by the relay UE, D2D communication with remote UE located outside of the coverage by using a first resource allocated from the base station on the basis of the indication information.
