Abstract:
Disclosed is a computer program stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The computer program, when executed by at least one processor of a computing device, enables the at least one processor to perform a method for determining the relative expression ratio correlation between MHC types. The method may comprise the steps of: obtaining a list of peptide sequences from a biological sample, comprising an MHC-peptide conjugate, derived from at least one specimen; clustering the list of peptide sequences by using a clustering model; and determining the relative expression ratio correlation between the MHC types on the basis of the clustering.
