Abstract:
Animal collar with anti flea and tick insecticide solid materials and optionally with liquid materials in a one animal collar, the collar include at list tree connective parts, the external part of the collar, formed of a suitable material such as leather or nylon, for example, and an inner collar portion, formed of a suitable insecticide material. And, part that is to be attached to the animal neck area. Both side of the collar, outer portion and third part that is to be attached to the animal neck, are to be connected to each other by means that enabling the user to open and close them in minimum time and in minimum efforts such as loops, gaps, grabbing and holding elements. The user may insert easily the solid strap combined with the insecticide material, meant to eliminate the flea and tick from the animal body. Both parts of the collar are to be with gaps that enabling the inner materials purpose and activity, inner collar portion, formed of a suitable insecticide material is a outer solid surface at most of the material surface area, however, optionally, it has in it a liquid insecticide materials that fluid onto the animal skin from minimum opening holes that are at the material enabling the drops to the animal skin directions, enabling a slaw exiting of the active liquid materials.

CLAIMS:

The present invention is not intended to be limited to the specifications described above, but rather, encompass all the manifestations within the 5 scope of the following claims.

1. A pet's collar fitted to be attached to a pet neck area, wherein, the collar includes the following parts, a. outer side and b. inner side, and c. a connecting loops to enable a path to entering a strip of activated materials the 10 rejects flea and tick from the pets body, wherein, the collar is from its inner portion at list partially with gaps that enable contact between the strip and the pets skin.

2. A pet's collar fitted to be attached to a pet neck area, wherein the active 15 strap that reject flea and tick is formed from a solid materials with holes that enable containing a liquids substances and a liquid insecticide materials that fluid onto the animal skin from minimum opening holes that are at the material enabling the drops to the animal skin directions, enabling a slaw exiting of the active liquid materials 20

3. A pet's collar fitted to be attached to a pet neck area, wherein the connection of the active strap that reject flea and tick is formed from a gaps in the collar inner side that enable the entering of the strap and the connection of the materials ibetween the strap and the pets body for maximum effect 25 substances.

Method and device for anti flea and tick solid materials combined with liquid materials in a part connected to an animals collar

BACKGROUND of the INVENTION

The present invention is a combination of solid and liquid materials fitted to a pet collar of the type commonly referred to as a "flea and tick collar.

Many animals are adversely affected by direct contact with the skin by the chemicals in flea and tick collars, particularly when wet. Many cases of varying skin rashes, etc. have resulted, and, in the most serious cases, have resulted in death of the animals.

All currently manufactured flea and tick collars are completely exposed to the atmosphere. The side edges and outside faces of these collars provide very little or no protection to the animal, yet the insecticides vaporizes thereabout and is lost into the surrounding atmosphere. Sun and wind contribute to the rapid deterioration of completely unprotected collars of this type, and rain 20 spreads the chemicals over the immediate skin areas of the neck.

U.S. Pat. Nos. 3,814,061 to Aries et al, 4,047,505 to McAndless, 2,401 ,253 to Lamb, 2,349,713 to Finch and 2,219,569 to Vanderhoof illustrate various 25 forms of protective collars incorporating insecticide impregnated inserts with outer protective collar portions. However, all of them fail to distribute protective vapors about the full 360 degree girth of the neck of the wearer, the Vanderhoof patent additionally permits direct contact of the impregnated pad with the skin in the neck area. 30 Summery of the invention

The present invention innovating a pet's collar and its parts. The collar has it inner part and its outer part, and a strip of activated materials that is with the 5 treatment materials are to be connected to the collar through loops as in the present invention

Those parts are to be connected and separated by easy and fast connecting means such as for example, loops or straps or holes and gaps in the inner side of the collar. In and between those parts, that are to be formed with gaps 10 to allow the connection of the activated materials to the pets skin, the part formed and contains the activating material, in the inner collar portion, formed out of a suitable insecticide material. As the third part that is to be the activated material that reject the flea and tick that are at the animal neck area.

As will be appreciated the present invention is capable of other and different 5 embodiments than those discussed above and described in more detail below, and its several details are capable of modifications in various aspects, all without departing from the spirit of the invention.
