Abstract:
Disclosed is a method, device and apparatus for creating a user in a chained-block account book. According to the solution provided in the embodiments of the present description, when a user having a certain authorization needs to be created in an account book, a public key of the user is acquired, and an operating instruction for creating the user and the public key are written in the form of a data record into a chained-block account book; and thus, tamper-resistant depository of the public key in the account book is achieved.
