Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and device for automatic fault analysis of a service robot. The method comprises the following steps: when a service robot is in a power-on state or when a timer count reaches a preset period, sending a fault analysis activation signal; upon receiving the fault analysis activation signal, sending corresponding fault analysis signals sequentially to each sensor according to a unique number of each sensor; acquiring peripheral environment information collected by the sensors; determining a fault cause of the sensor according to the peripheral environment information collected by the sensor, matching a fault type of the sensor according to the fault cause, and determining a fault diagnosis result of the sensor; and storing the fault diagnosis result in a memory, and displaying the fault diagnosis result of each sensor on a display. The embodiment of the present invention enables fast and convenient fault analysis of a service robot and can improve the service life and usability of a service robot and user experience.
