Abstract:
The invention relates to methods and devices for the automatic ordering of data records into a certain data volume containing data records, as well as for storing and outputting data records ordered as a data volume by means of a data processing system, and at least one data input device and data viewing device associated respectively therewith. The methods and devices are characterised in particular in that the certain data volume, which represents an image sequence, can be provisioned simply and automatically from a database containing data records. For this purpose, digital data records containing image data are saved in a database in the data processing system each as an assigned time-based text file classified according to certain character combinations of the text file. Further, character combinations in the database are automatically assigned to a predefined character sequence containing character combinations. Moreover, the corresponding image data are automatically recovered from the text files ordered according to the character sequence, and therefore the data volume containing certain data records according to the character sequence is present as an image sequence.
