Abstract:
A technical solution is provided for automatically processing calls that are unanswered because a user is unable to answer the calls. Based on the first aspect of the present invention, a method for processing unanswered calls in a communication terminal is provided, which includes the following steps: a. determining whether the user of the communication terminal can answer the call; b. when the user can answer the call, obtaining calls unanswered because the user of the communication terminal was unable to answer the call, and reestablishing the call. Based on the second aspect of the present invention, a device for processing unanswered calls in a communication terminal is provided, which includes: a first detecting device, for detecting whether the user of the communication terminal can answer the call; a first processing device, for obtaining the calls unanswered because the user of the communication terminal was unable to answer the call, and reestablishing the call when the user can answer the call. By the method and device for processing unanswered calls provided by the invention, the caller can obtain the information about when the callee can answer a call, then the call can be resumed as quickly as possible.
