Abstract:
A method and a device for axial separation by the inner surface of a permanent magnetic arc groove are provided. The method includes: the energy on the inner surface of the permanent magnetic arc groove (1) is used to adsorb the selected materials that flow axially through a field strength and gradient region of the inner surface of the rotating separation cylinder(2); the materials with lower magnetic susceptibility pass through the selected materials channel(13) and flow out of the low magnetic materials outlet (9); the materials with higher magnetic susceptibility are adsorbed on the rotating separation cylinder(2), and fall directly into the high magnetic materials groove (7) relying on its own gravity; the high magnetic materials are collected after the high magnetic materials passing through the high magnetic materials outlet(8);thus, the various materials with different magnetic susceptibilities are separated.
