Abstract:
A method and a device for backing up a voice call, the method comprising: sending to a voice gateway server conference information of a video conference to be initiated, connecting, after the voice gateway server initiates a voice conference according to the conference information, the voice conference with the video conference in cascade; acquiring, in the case where a failure occurs in the voice communication, a backup voice access attribute of the video conference; calling, by means of the voice gateway server, a voice terminal backed up in the backup voice access attribute to join the voice conference.
