Abstract:
When a blade member (1) is subjected to a bending process in a width direction, there is no portion of the member left unprocessed. A thickness-deviating process is applied to the blade member, where tip edges (41, 51) of dies (4, 5) are made to bite into portions near a blade point (12) so as to cause the material of the blade member (1) to move. The thickness-deviating process is applied to plural positions in a length direction on both faces of the blade member (1), where line shapes of the tip edges (41, 51) are made to be the same in the width direction of the blade member (1).
