Abstract:
A method and a device for browsing pictures are provided. The method includes: after a user clicks on a picture, whether a system sends a drawing request to a Uniform Resource Locator URL corresponding to the picture is detected (S11); if so, content of the picture is displayed to the user (S13); if not, the drawing request is sent to the URL corresponding to the picture (S12), and content of the picture is displayed to the user (S13). Merits of the method and the device are avoiding repeated drawing and saving the bandwidth resource.
