Abstract:
Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a method and device for canceling service authorization in proximity based service (ProSe), the method comprising: transmitting a ProSe service change message to the home subscriber server (HSS) of the home public land mobile network (HPLMN) of a user equipment (UE), the ProSe service change message comprising a ProSe service identifier, a UE identifier and a predetermined time period with instruction to the HSS not to allow the UE to conduct the ProSe service in the predetermined time period; receiving a ProSe service change response message carrying the UE identifier transmitted by the HSS; and canceling the authorization of the ProSe service of the UE in the predetermined time period. The method and device for canceling service authorization in ProSe of the embodiment of the present invention reduce processing complexity and signaling overhead in the ProSe.
