Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for checking gas leakages in a plant for the metered dispensing of castable materials, in particular in a cast-resin plant. It is provided that the degasification state of the castable material is measured on the basis of at least two different positions (31a, 32a, 33a, 34a, 35a) in the plant by means of at least one sensor (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) and that the degasification states measured at the at least two positions (31a, 32a, 33a, 34a, 35a) are compared to one another. Furthermore, the invention relates to a gas leakage checking device of a plant for the metered dispensing of castable materials, in particular a cast-resin plant, in particular a device for carrying out the method according to the invention, wherein at least two sensors (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) for measuring the degasification state of the castable material are provided at at least two different positions (31a, 32a, 33a, 34a, 35a) in the plant. Furthermore, the invention relates to a plant for the metered dispensing of castable materials, in particular cast-resin plant, comprising such a gas leakage checking device.
