Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a device for checking payments-on-behalf-of. When a preset condition is satisfied, whether a payee is put on record is checked on the basis of exchange settlement transaction data; and when the payee is not put on the record, record putting information corresponding to the payee that is generated on the basis of the exchange settlement transaction data, so as to realize the payments-on-behalf-of of funds to the corresponding payee based on the record putting information. By this means, it can be ensured that a declaration subject of an exchange settlement service can match an actual domestic payments-on-behalf-of payee, thereby avoiding the untraceability of funds and sham transactions.
