Abstract:

A method and device for compensating a time stamp of a clock. The method comprises: setting a first time counter and a second time counter by using clocks of different sources respectively (11); acquiring a first time stamp value read from the first time counter and a second time stamp value read from the second time counter by using a time stamp record signal at a preset time point respectively (12); acquiring a compensating time stamp value according to the first time stamp value and the second time stamp value (13); and compensating the integer part of a time stamp of a clock in a local system according to the compensating time stamp value (14). The method and device can improve the precision of the time stamp in the local system.
