Abstract:
A method comprising a first step for deriving the coordinates (1, 2, 3) of the apexes constituting a solid body, a second step for deriving surfaces (A, C) constituted by three or more apexes and associated with these apexes, a third step for deriving an edge line (E3) positioned in the boundary between the two adjoining surfaces (A, C) to define the end edge of each surface and associated with each surface, a fourth step for developing a surface by converting the coordinates (1, 2, 3) of the apexes constituting the surface (A) to be developed into two-dimensional coordinates (1', 2', 3'), and a fifth step for determining a surface (C') that is adjoining to the developed surface and that is to be developed next on the basis of an edge line (E'3) forming the end edge of a surface (A') developed in the fourth step. The fourth and fifth steps are repeated in this order until all developable surfaces are developed.
