Abstract:
A method for continuous large-scale separation and preparation of D-psicose, comprising: providing the sugar-containing mixed solution comprising D-psicose, fructose, glucose, and oligosaccharide to serve as a feed F, and separating the sugar-containing mixed solution by a moving bed chromatography-based chromatographic separation device to obtain the D-psicose-containing solution, the purity of D-psicose in the D-psicose-containing solution being greater than 80 wt%.
