Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for controlling an air conditioner, and an air conditioner. The method comprises: acquiring a skin temperature of a user (S10); acquiring, according to the skin temperature, a thermal resistance of a garment worn by the user (S20); determining, according to the thermal resistance of the garment worn by the user, a comfort parameter for the user (S30); and controlling operation of an air conditioner according to the comfort parameter (S40). When performing comfort control, the air conditioner of the present invention takes into consideration a thermal resistance of a garment worn by a user, thereby increasing accuracy of the comfort control performed for the user.
