A method and a device for controlling an air conditioner, and an air conditioner. The method comprises: collecting a voice signal from a user, and analyzing same to obtain a real-time sound wave feature of the voice signal, by means of comparing the real-time acoustic feature with a standard acoustic feature corresponding to a normal voice signal to determine whether the user's voice is abnormal, if the user's voice is determined to be abnormal, then on the basis of the voice signal of the user, determining a target angle between the position of the user and an air conditioner, starting a humidification function, and blowing moist air directly towards the area in which the user is currently located. The method is able to recognize when a user's voice is abnormal, automatically adjust the operating state of the air conditioner, and blow moist air towards the area in which the user is located, increasing the humidity of the air in the area in which the user is located, and adjusting the current environment to suitable state for the user.
