Abstract:
A method for controlling an air conditioner, relating to the technical field of intelligent household appliances. The air conditioner is provided with a smell sensor. The method comprises: obtaining smell detection information detected by the smell sensor; determining current odor source information according to the smell detection information; and determining a target suppression strategy according to the current odor source information. The smell detection information detected by the smell sensor is obtained, and the odor suppression strategy capable of being executed by the air conditioner is determined according to the odor source information determined according to the smell detection information; in this way, an odor treatment mode that different odor suppression operations are executed in a targeted mode according to different odor sources is used, so that the pertinence of the air conditioner for treating indoor odor conditions is improved, and an odor source area having heavy odor can be subjected to targeted suppression treatment, the freshness of an indoor environment is thus effectively improved, and then the comfort experience of indoor users is improved. Further disclosed are a device for controlling the air conditioner, and the air conditioner and a storage medium.
