Abstract:

It is judged whether or not an absolute value of a deviation 'DELTA'I between a loaded current value Ifbon at the time of starting the feedback of an idle speed and a loaded current value Iel is greater than a predetermined threshold value X diel (S31), and when the absolute value of the deviation 'DELTA'I is smaller than the threshold value X diel, the feedback control of an ISC valve is continued (S23), while when the absolute value of the deviation 'DELTA'I becomes greater than the threshold value X diel, a count-down timer (T) is caused to start to count down (S36) and the control is switched to an open loop control and so kept until the count-down timer counts down to zero (S32) so as to drive the ISC valve (S33), the idle speed being thereby stabilized when the engine load changes.
