Abstract:
A method for controlling impact energy of a rock drilling system according to the propulsive force, the method comprising the following steps: S1, if the propulsive force is less than or equal to a set lower limit A1, then the impact energy remains at a set lower limit B1; S2, if the propulsive force is greater than the set lower limit A1 and less than a set upper limit A2, then the impact energy has positive linear change from the lower limit B1 as the propulsive force changes; S3, if the propulsive force is greater than or equal to the set upper limit A2, then the impact energy reaches and remains at a set upper limit B2. Also disclosed is a device implementing the method. The method and device for controlling impact energy of a rock drilling system according to propulsive force cause the impact energy to change linearly in the range from a lower limit to an upper limit, thus effectively protecting a rock drill.
