Abstract:
A method for controlling the output power of a wind generating set, comprising: predicting the rotating speed of the wind generating set; determining frequency modulation remaining time based on the predicted rotating speed, wherein the frequency modulation remaining time is the time that the wind generating set can continuously output frequency modulation power without influencing its restoring from primary frequency modulation; and controlling increase of the output power according to the determined frequency modulation remaining time. In addition, also disclosed is a device for controlling the output power. By using the method and device, the wind generating set can be avoided from malfunction during the restoring period after the primary frequency modulation.
