Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for controlling a vertical air conditioner. The method comprises: acquiring a first parameter (S101); adjusting, according to the first parameter, a position of a cleaning device, such that the cleaning device avoids or covers (partially or completely) an air inlet, or adjusting, according to the first parameter, relative positions of the cleaning device and the air inlet (S102); acquiring a second parameter (S103); and adjusting, according to the second parameter, an area of the air inlet covered by the cleaning device, or adjusting, according to the second parameter, relative positions of the cleaning device and the air inlet (S104), wherein the first parameter and the second parameter are identical or different.
