Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method and device for controlling a video player according to a motion control mode in a content streaming system. A method of controlling a video player including a processor and a memory according to a motion control mode comprises detecting at least one of a tilt detection signal or an impact detection signal of a device, determining a function of the video player in response to the detected signal, and controlling the video player in response to the determined function of the video player. The function of the video player may comprise at least one of a volume control function, a brightness control function, a playback/pause function or a fast forward/rewind function.
