Abstract:
A method and device (300) for controlling the wavelength of a light emitting assembly. The device (300) comprises a microcontroller (301), a light emitting assembly temperature control unit (302), an analog-to-digital converter (303), a digital-to-analog converter (304), a storage unit (305), a thermistor (103) of a negative temperature coefficient in a TOSA device, and a TEC assembly (101). The microcontroller (301) comprises an ADC input interface (311), a DAC output interface (312), a GPIO output interface (313), an external communication interface (314), and a memory interface (315). The light emitting assembly temperature control unit (302) comprises a switch-off enabling control circuit (321), a temperature detection circuit (322), an error amplification and comparison compensation unit (323), a TEC voltage/current limitation circuit (324), a TEC voltage/current detection circuit (325), and a TEC differential voltage driver (326). The method and the device (300) are simple and flexible, precise control of the wavelength is implemented, and an adjustment function of the wavelength is also considered.
