Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method and a device for controlling a wheeled mobile robot (101). The wheeled mobile robot (101) comprises a driving wheel (1011), a speed measurement device (1012) provided on the driving wheel (1011) and a driving device (1013) providing a driving moment to the driving wheel (1011). A particular embodiment of the control method comprises: determining an angular acceleration change rate of the driving wheel (1011) according to an output value of the speed measurement device (1012) (201); and in response to determining that the angular acceleration change rate is greater than a preset threshold, determining that slipping occurs on the driving wheel (1011) (202). Said embodiment improves the efficiency of determining whether slipping occurs on the driving wheel (1011) of the wheeled mobile robot (101).
