Abstract:
In the present invention, a method for forming the line of a string comprises: a step of detecting a midpoint of the characters comprised in the string; a step of applying tensor voting to the characters by using the midpoint as an input token; and a step of creating the line of the string by using the characters to which said tensor voting has been applied.
