Abstract:
Conventionally, separation techniques to recover a target substance from a liquid-liquid or solid-liquid mixture are faced with problems such as the following: the separation of the captured target component is not possible; the separation of mixtures with small differences in specific gravities is not possible; oxidation/degeneration is progressing. In order to resolve these problems, the present invention separates a mixture, which is to be separated, into a liquid that passes through the filter layer and into a highly-viscous solution and solids that are captured in the filter layer, using a filter crystal as a filter. The method and device therefor basically comprises a filter crystal generator, a liquid-removing machine, a separator, and a melting tank.
