Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and device for detecting cracks using an image sensor, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining an image including a crack region using an image sensor; processing the obtained image to detect pixels corresponding to the crack region; measuring a crack area by adding up the number of detected pixels; calculating the rate of change of the measured crack area over time; and detecting an abnormal change in the cracks on the basis of the calculated rate of change.
