Abstract:
A method and device for detecting the full load state of a collection pallet (65) on which machined works are loaded in a sheet-metal machining line (1) in which sheet-like works are machined in accordance with a machining schedule (13), and a method and device for controlling the sheet-metal machining line which transfers a collection pallet for replacement from an automated warehouse (61) to a collection-side waiting station (84) and orders the pallet to wait. The dimensions, weights, etc. of works are found based on the data items of the works which belong to a unit machining schedule and are compared with predetermined load upper limit values of the collection pallet to detect the full load state. Further, a cell controller (11) analyzes the unit machining schedule and predicts the occurrence of the full load state of the collection pallet, and while referring to the estimation result, orders a collection pallet for replacement which is suitable for the works to be collected next to move from an automated warehouse and to wait.
