Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETECTING HYDROGEN SULFIDE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/102273
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for detecting hydrogen sulfide which is simpler than conventional methods. The method for detecting hydrogen sulfide comprises the steps of: introducing a flow gas into a diluent solvent in which a fuel oil containing hydrogen sulfide has been dissolved, while heating the diluent solvent; collecting the flow gas released from the diluent solvent, in a collection vessel; and determining the content of the hydrogen sulfide in the flow gas collected in the collection vessel, by means of a detection tube for hydrogen sulfide.
