Abstract:
Provided are a method and a device for detecting a waveform signal. The method comprises: when an acquisition time of a signal acquisition period arrives, a chip reading, by means of an I/O port, an electrical signal of a waveform to be measured output by the chip itself (S101); determining a capture serial number corresponding to the electrical signal, and obtaining an expected level corresponding to the capture serial number from preset expected output waveform data (S102); if the level of the electrical signal is consistent with the expected level, generating an electrical signal capture record corresponding to the capture serial number, wherein the electrical signal capture record comprises the level of the electrical signal and a capture time (S104); and updating the capture serial number, and when a next acquisition time arrives, returning to the step of a chip reading, by means of an I/O port, an electrical signal of a waveform to be measured output by the chip itself, and continuing execution until a detection termination condition is satisfied (S105). The method can overcome drawbacks of complicated operations and inefficient testing when a module outputting a waveform by means of an I/O pin in a chip is tested.
