Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and device for determining an error type of secondary cell switching. The method is applied to a first secondary node and comprises: receiving reference information sent by a master node, the reference information comprising target information and/or auxiliary determination information, the target information being information of a secondary cell group that is acquired by the master node for re-establishing multi-RAT dual connectivity (MR-DC) after a secondary cell group failure occurs, and the auxiliary determination information being used for determining an error type of secondary cell switching under an MR-DC scenario; and according to the reference information, determining the error type of secondary cell switching under the MR-DC scenario, the first secondary node being one of the secondary nodes involved during the process of secondary cell switching, and the secondary cell switching including secondary cell switching within the secondary node and secondary cell switching between the secondary nodes. Therefore, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, after an SCG failure occurs, an error type of secondary cell switching can be determined.
