Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and device for determining and/or monitoring the volume and/or mass flow of a medium flowing through a vessel. Said device is embodied as an ultrasound throughflow measuring device operating on the run-time-difference principle. Furthermore, a possibility is disclosed, whereby information about the change to an other system and/or process parameter is generated by means of the measured results. The current actual measured signal or the corresponding actual measured data is compared with the corresponding stored set measured signal or set measured data and a message generated when a difference between the set measured signal or set measured data and the actual measured signal or the actual measured data occurs.
