Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a method for determining a motion vector of an affine coding block, comprising: acquiring a first motion vector, the first motion vector being a motion vector of a first motion compensation unit comprised in an affine coding block; determining a second motion vector according to the first motion vector, the accuracy of the second motion vector matching the motion vector accuracy of a storage unit corresponding to the first motion compensation unit; and determining a third motion vector according to the second motion vector, wherein there is a preset correspondence between the third motion vector and the second motion vector, and the third motion vector is used for subsequent coding and decoding processing. A coding end and a decoding end, when storing a motion vector, may acquire a motion vector of the storage unit according to the motion vector of the motion compensation unit without needing to calculate the motion vector of the storage unit from the beginning, thereby reducing the complexity of coding and decoding.
