The present invention relates to the technical field of mobile communications. Disclosed in the present disclosure are a method and device for displaying a WiFi signal icon in a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: determining a security level of a current WiFi network; marking a WiFi signal icon according to a color corresponding to the security level; and displaying the marked WiFi signal icon. According to the method for a displaying WiFi signal icon in a mobile terminal as provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a WiFi signal icon in a corresponding color is displayed according to a security level of a WiFi network, a user may thus be conveniently informed of the security level of the currently connected network by using the color of the WiFi network, thereby improving the user experience.
