Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and device for drawing a figure, wherein a figure is automatically generated and displayed on the basis of multiple points input by a user. An electronic device according to the present invention comprises: an input determination module which monitors user input signals so as to monitor whether multiple successive points are input at intervals within a threshold time period, and when multiple successive points are input, analyzes the successive points so as to detect multiple points associated with figure drawing among the successive points and record the same in a list of vertices; an interface module which outputs a figure selection-related interface so as to allow a user to select a figure included in the interface; and a figure drawing module which generates a figure on the basis of the points recorded in the list of vertices, such that the selected figure is drawn using the points, and displays the generated figure.
