Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of drawing lines on an unvulcanized tire, which comprises smoothing a tread portion of a tire at line drawing positions using stitching means each having a stitching roller that can rotate about and move along an axis parallel to a rotational axis of a building drum and of which temperature can be controlled; and drawing marker lines at the line drawing positions using movable line drawing means after smoothing. Also disclosed is a device of drawing lines on an unvulcanized tire, which comprises the stitching means and the line drawing devices.
