Abstract:

The invention relates to a method and a device for drying pharmaceutical raw products, such as a granulate, pellets or similar, whereby the product to be dried is fed to a rotary-driven transparent delivery pipe and is heated by means of microwaves. At the same time, the delivery pipe is traversed by a gas, which transports away the moisture that has been released by the heating of the product to be dried.
