Abstract:
A method and device for encoding and decoding a video. The method comprises: determining an image block set according to at least one similar image block of an image block to be processed; constructing an initial structure matrix of the image block set according to the pixel value of each image block in the image block set; filtering the initial structure matrix to obtain a reconstructed structure matrix, the reconstructed structure matrix corresponding to a reconstructed pixel value of the each image block, wherein the filtering comprises at least one fixed-point step; and reconstructing the each image block according to the reconstructed pixel value of the each image block. Therefore, according to the method and device for encoding and decoding the video in the present application, enlarging floating-point numbers to be integers can be performed by means of appropriate loss of decimal precision, the fixed-point of NLSF can be achieved by means of a strict shift design, and performance loss is controlled within an acceptable range.
